This is just a cheat sheet for the Dragon system attack methods. The content here was compiled from YSB workshop syllabi.

Pushing Attack Methods – 推手打法 (tuī shǒu dǎ fǎ)

Straight Pushing -直手推  (zhí shǒu tuī)
Inside Pushing -内手推 (nèi shǒu tuī)
Rotating Pushing -转手推 (zhuǎn shǒu tuī)

Lifting Attack Methods – 托⼿打法 (tuō shǒu dǎ fǎ)

Capturing Lifting -扣⼿托  (kòu shǒu tuō)
Rising Lifting -扬⼿托  (yáng shǒu tuō)
Rotating Lifting -转⼿托 (zhuǎn shǒu tuō)

Carrying Attack Methods  – 带⼿打法 (dài shǒu dǎ fǎ)

Upper Carrying -上⼿带  (shàng shǒu dài)
Whirling Carrying -旋⼿带 (xuán shǒu dài)
Lower Carrying -下⼿带 (xià shǒu dài)

Leading Attack Methods – 领手打法 (lǐng shǒu dǎ fǎ)

Upper Leading  – 上手领 (shàng shǒu lǐng)
Horizontal Leading -横手领 (héng shǒu lǐng)

Single Hand Moving -单手搬 (dan shǒu bān)
