The Fall 2019 Workshop with He Jinbao will focus on the pushing, lifting, moving, and chopping methods from the Dragon system. Full syllabus is here.
Workshop dates are September 27th, 28th and 29th. Times are Friday, September 27th 9AM – 12PM and 2PM – 5PM. Saturday, September 28th and Sunday September 29th 10AM – 1PM and 3PM – 6PM.
The entire event will be held at Impact Sports Performance in Superior, Colorado. See map below.
The cost is $125/day, $75/half-day, or $300 for all three days. We are also offering any single morning session free of charge to anyone who is new to Yin Style Bagua, however space is limited, so register early!
