The Fall 2018 Workshop with He Jinbao will focus on strike body mechanics for maximum power, strike and takedown combinations, and fighting application of the Dragon system. See syllabus here.
Workshop dates are September 28th, 29th and 30th. Times are September 28th & 29th, 9AM – 12PM and 2PM – 5PM, and September 30th, 10AM – 1PM and 3PM – 5PM.
The entire event will be held at Impact Sports Performance in Superior, Colorado. See map below.
The cost is $125/day, $75/half-day, or $300 for all three days. We are also offering any single morning session free of charge to anyone who is new to Yin Style Bagua, however space is limited, so register early!
