The group primarily trains Dragon and Lion systems, however various group members have experience with Phoenix, Rooster, and Bear and their personal practice often includes these.
This spring we will be continuing our study of the Dragon system, focusing primarily on the Carrying and Leading attack methods, while reviewing and adding depth to Pushing, Lifting, and Entering. We will also cover the other three attack methods – Moving, Capturing, and Chopping though in less detail.
In addition we will review and add depth to the first four Lion attack methods – Slicing, Smashing, Chopping, and Hooking.
